Wind speed is assessed the evening before. If it exceeds 20 km/h the tour is cancelled — guests may switch to the Tamarin River kayak, reschedule, or take a full refund (excluding transfer fees). If conditions change overnight, or the guide deems it unsafe at the meeting point, the activity may be cancelled on the spot, with the same options.
What to Bring
Aqua shoes, slippers or barefoot, sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, rain jacket, swimsuit, towel (swimming is not compulsory), waterproof bag, at least 1.5 L of water, light snack. A life vest is provided. Eat something before the outing.
Not Suitable For
Pregnant women, babies in backpacks, people over 65, children under 12, individuals with mobility impairments, serious medical conditions, anyone recovering from surgery or injury, anyone with no kayaking experience, anyone over 100 kg, and non-swimmers.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the activity: 50% charge.
Same-day cancellations and no-shows: 100% charge (non-refundable).
Bookings close 1 day before the activity. Activities do not operate on 25 December, 31 December, or 1–2 January.
