It’s a more exclusive experience, away from the crowds, yet still captures the magic of this iconic landmark.
Important note: Unlike the full Le Morne Brabant Hike, participants do not have the option of going to the summit. This experience is limited to the halfway point and the loop around the mountain.

Difficulty Level
Hiking Grade 2/4: Easy to Moderate. Good physical condition is important — the trail includes a steady uphill walk and uneven terrain. Participants should have strong knees and ankles and be comfortable with sustained effort over varied ground. Suitable for anyone without mobility issues.

Please note the meeting point is not the actual trailhead; once everyone has arrived, participants follow the guide (in their taxi or rental car) about 6 km to the foot of the mountain.
Meeting time: 7:00 AM (1 Nov to 31 Mar) / 8:00 AM (1 Apr to 31 Oct).
Material Needed
Hiking or sports shoes with good traction (no open-toe), comfortable sportswear, a light rain jacket, sunscreen, a hat, insect repellent, at least 1.5 L of water (mandatory) and a light snack.
Not suitable for
Pregnant women, babies in backpacks, children under 10, individuals with mobility impairments or poor balance, elderly individuals with health issues or limited stamina, people with serious medical conditions, individuals recovering from surgery or injury.
