While the hike is accessible to most, certain sections can be challenging due to steep inclines and rugged terrain.

Hiking Grade 2/4: Moderate. This hike involves steep inclines, rocky descents, and uneven, root-covered trails. Certain sections require the use of hands for balance and support, such as gripping onto branches or rocks to navigate more technical areas. Strong knees and good overall fitness are essential to manage the challenging terrain safely. Minimum age requirement: 10 y/o Not suitable for: Pregnant women, babies in backpacks, children under 10 years old, individuals with mobility impairments, elderly individuals with health issues or limited stamina, people with serious medical conditions, individuals recovering from surgery or injury.
