Cancellation Policy
• In the event of cancellation of dives due to technical issue, Blue Safari commits to reschedule
the dive at a date and time agreed with the client.
• Where the dive is cancelled by Blue Safari and the dive cannot be rescheduled because the
client is on his/her departure day, no cancellation fee is applicable.
• 50% of the amount, if the cancellation is communicated to us on the day before the excursion
(Day -1) between 08:00a.m to 03.59p.m.
• 100% of the amount, if the cancellation is communicated to us on the day before the excursion
(Day -1) after 04:00p.m or on the day of the excursion (Day D).
• If the client reschedules the booking and later choose to cancel it or fail to show up on the day
of the excursion, the client will be charged 100% of the total amount.
• However, if the client cancels the booking 48 hours in advance no cancellation fees will be
applied.
• On presentation of a medical certificate, no cancellation fees will be applied for the patient
only.
• In the event of weather conditions causing a temporary suspension of any activity,
where the client agrees to retain their booking and where the client reaches our welcoming desk
knowing the activity is on standby, there will be no refund for transportation if the activity is
cancelled for that day.
• We will make every effort to accommodate visitors in the next available time slot on the same
day, if possible, or reschedule the activities to another suitable day.
