About this experience
A real submarine dive off Trou aux Biches aboard the air-conditioned BS1100. Descend to 35 metres for a 40-minute exploration of a seabed teeming with vibrant corals and shimmering fish, and the historic ‘Star Hope’ shipwreck — a rare experience only a few destinations in the world can offer. The full excursion runs about 2 hours, including a shuttle transfer and safety briefing.

Welcome and briefing at the Blue Safari desk, Trou aux Biches (15 min).

Transfer by speedboat 'Vaporetto 2' to the submarine base (15 min).

Good to know
Maximum 10 guests per dive. Operates Monday–Sunday with hourly sessions (08:30 AM–3:30 PM). Toddlers 9 months–2 years are welcome at the toddler rate. In rough seas the dive may be rescheduled for safety.
What to bring
Hat, sunscreen, swimwear, a towel, sunglasses, a light cover-up or change of clothes, and motion-sickness pills if you need them.
Sea conditions & transfers
In the event of rough or impassable sea conditions, the captain may change the route at his discretion for safety, and a trip may be rescheduled. Hotel transfers are not included — please check your travel time to the jetty so you arrive in good time.
Cancellation policy
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the excursion.
- Cancellation the day before, before 4:00 PM: 50% charge.
- Cancellation the day before after 4:00 PM, or on the day / no-show: 100% charge.
- If you reschedule and then cancel or don't turn up: 100% charge.
- On presentation of a medical certificate, no cancellation fee applies (for the affected guest).
- If Blue Safari cancels for technical or weather reasons, the excursion is rescheduled; if you're departing and it can't be rescheduled, no fee applies.
