Sea conditions & transfers
In the event of rough or impassable sea conditions, the captain may change the route at his discretion for safety, and a trip may be rescheduled. Hotel transfers are not included — please check your travel time to the jetty so you arrive in good time.
Cancellation policy
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the excursion.
- Cancellation the day before, before 4:00 PM: 50% charge.
- Cancellation the day before after 4:00 PM, or on the day / no-show: 100% charge.
- If you reschedule and then cancel or don't turn up: 100% charge.
- On presentation of a medical certificate, no cancellation fee applies (for the affected guest).
- If Blue Safari cancels for technical or weather reasons, the excursion is rescheduled; if you're departing and it can't be rescheduled, no fee applies.
